RAINFOREST HABITAT |

A wildlife park of the future where
visitors can wander through the four
different and unique habitats of North
Queensland - rainforest, wetlands,
woodlands and grasslands - and view over
180 species that call these ecosystems
home.
The Rainforest Habitat is a world leader
in mixed immersion exhibits. It is
situated on eight acres of land that has
been recreated to provide a window into
our natural environment. Regular guided
tours are an essential part of the
park's focus on biological conservation,
as are guest's interaction with wildlife
within the sanctuary.
For the ultimate, the original Breakfast
with the Birds is a visitor must do.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, Cairns

Tjapukai’s show business has become
the most awarded Aboriginal cultural
attraction in Australia and is credited
with enhancing reconciliation locally,
nationally and internationally.
Tjapukai showcases the culture of the
rainforest people of Tropical North
Queensland. Situated on 25 acres of land
owned by the Tjapukai people at
Caravonica, north of Cairns, Tjapukai
Aboriginal Cultural Park is a stunning
theatrical interpretation of Aboriginal
culture from the beginning of time into
the future.
Seven separate arenas allow visitors to
experience every facet of the rainforest
people’s culture. There are many

KURANDA SCENIC RAILWAY |

Our world famous railway experience
is a must-do when visiting Port Douglas
or Cairns and Tropical North Queensland,
Australia. You will discover the
pioneering history of the tropical north
from way back in the late 1800's, be
astounded by a magnificent engineering
feat and explore some of the great
characters involved in the construction
of this great railway.
Take the Kuranda Scenic Railway through
some of the oldest rainforest in the
world to Kuranda, past the spectacular
Stoney Creek Falls to Kuranda. Enjoy
incredible views of Cairns and out to
Green Island then take a short break at
Barron Falls for photographs. Take time
in Kuranda Village, then choose to go
back to Cairns on the train or by
Skyrail or visit the Rainforestation in
Kuranda and take coach transfers back.

One of Port Douglas' favourite tours
since 1989.
Come on an exploration of the
beautiful unspoilt mangrove channels
near Port Douglas. Here we have an
excellent success rate at finding wild
crocodiles and birdlife including sea
eagles, ospreys, kites, kingfishers,
herons and waders.
The forest scenery is spectacular with
fascinating vegetation set against a
back-drop of the coastal ranges.
We also travel out past the harbour
waterfront to the ocean for great
panoramic views of the coast. Different

Situated on the magnificent coastal
drive between the popular destinations
of Palm Cove and Port Douglas. Hartley’s
Crocodile Adventures is the best place
to see crocodiles and native wildlife in
